TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The above rates are for CLUB MEMBERS only and valid until January 04 2024. The Club Member must be present during check-in, otherwise, Non Member rates shall be applied.
• Room amenities include complimentary breakfast, bottled mineral water, mini bar, hot & cold shower, grooming amenities, cable television , and intercom unit. Complimentary coffee & tea and fruit platter setup are provided for suites.
• LEAN SEASON is from January 04 to March 14, 2023, and from June 15 to October 14, 2023.
• PEAK SEASON is from March 15 to June 14, 2023, from October 15 to December 18, 2023, and all long weekends and declared holidays.
• SUPER PEAK SEASON is from April 03 to April 09, 2023 (Holy Week), and from December 19, 2023 to January 03, 2024 (Holiday Season). We strictly follow a first come, first served policy for reservations during super peak season, please visit the RESERVATIONS PAGE for more information.
• Rates are net, non commissionable, and inclusive of applicable government taxes (VAT and municipal tax). Rates are per room, per night up to the standard occupancy limit.
• Only a MAXIMUM of TWO ROOMS can be applied with Member rate, in excess shall be charged the Non Member rate.
• Excluding a maximum of two children below 12 years of age, any person sharing a room beyond the limits set above will be charged accordingly.
• Drivers quarters are available at PhP 300.00 per person, per night for non air-conditioned with fan,
  and PhP 500.00 per person, per night for air-conditioned. Meals are exclusive.
• Standard check-in time is 02:30PM and standard check-out time is 12:00NN, charges apply for check-out beyong 12:00NN.

• 50% DEPOSIT on or before the option is required to guarantee the room reservation.
